- white miso paste3 tablespoons

- sake2 tablespoons
- mirin1 tablespoon
- honey1 tablespoon
- ginger, minced1 teaspoon

- bok choy1 pound
- vegetable oil2 tablespoons

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, sake, mirin, honey, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
