- fresh broccoli florets6 cups
- fresh ginger2 tablespoons, minced

- soy sauce3 tablespoons
- rice vinegar1 tablespoon
- sesame oil1 tablespoon
- vegetable oil2 tablespoons
- cornstarch1 tablespoon
- water1/2 cup
- red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Slice beef thinly against the grain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.

Add beef in a single layer and cook 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet and add broccoli florets; cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
